Strain of the Week: Grand Daddy Purple or granddaddy purp. The internet says -Introduced in 2003 by Ken Estes, Granddaddy Purple (or GDP) is a famous indica cross between Purple Urkle and Big Bud. It is a heavy indica and it will give you couch lock but it’s great for combating pain, stress, insomnia, appetite loss, and muscle spasms.
